Principle overview

The finely ground pulp is fed into the water tank from the inlet located in the middle of the settlement zone. Below the inclinedly installed tank is the pulp grading settlement zone. The spiral rotates at a low speed to agitate the pulp so that fine particles are suspended to the top and flow to the overflow. Overflow at the weir. Coarse particles sink to the bottom of the trough and are conveyed by the screw to the discharge port as returned sand and discharged.

Features

◎ The entire spiral at the overflow end sinks below the liquid level in the settlement zone, which has a larger area and depth;

◎ An automatic lifting device for returning sand is added to the sand returning end, and the ball mill cancels the configuration of the big spoon head;

◎ Generally, electricity can be saved by 1-1.5 degrees per ton of ore;

◎ Avoid frequent maintenance of the big spoon head;

◎ Reduced the uneven impact on large and small gears.
