Principle overview

The equipment is generally installed at the lower part of the discharge port of the silo. The ore falls into the drain plate at the bottom of the tank. The bottom drain plate is set on the roller, and the drain plate is connected with the double outlet shaft reducer through the eccentric mechanism, and then through the coupling The shaft device is connected with the motor. When working, the motor drives the reducer through the coupling, and reciprocates linearly with the leakage disk between the bottom of the trough frame and the rollers through the eccentric disk, so as to complete uniform feeding.

Features

◎ The trough feeder can be erected on the ground or hoisted on the discharge port of the ore bin;

◎ The groove bottom plate makes reciprocating motion, the stroke can be adjusted appropriately by the eccentric wheel of the driving device, and the eccentricity is half of the stroke;

◎ According to the production practice of some concentrators, for viscous ores, the eccentricity should not be less than 30mm;

◎ The width of the trough body of the trough feeder is about 2-2.5 times of the maximum feeding size.

Scope of use

It is suitable for short-distance transportation of bulk materials with a feed size of less than l60mm. In the mining, processing plant, chemical, cement, building materials and other departments, it is widely used for crushing from storage silos. Transportation and other machinery are used for uniform and continuous feeding.
