Principle overview

When the impeller rotates, a vortex is generated in the vertical cylinder and the draft tube. This vortex forms a negative pressure, sucks air from the intake tube, and mixes with the slurry sucked in through the draft tube in the impeller and stator area. The slurry-gas mixed flow is formed by the impeller to form a tangential movement, and then converted into a radial movement by the action of the stator, and is evenly distributed in the flotation cell. The mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper to become foam products.

Features

◎ Shallow groove type, small impeller diameter, low speed and low power consumption;

◎ The gap between the impeller and the stator is large, and the stator is a cylinder with elliptical holes, which is conducive to mixing and dispersing air and slurry;

◎ The height of the stator is lower than that of the impeller, and the circulating volume of the slurry is large, up to 2.5 times;

◎ The umbrella-shaped perforated dispersing cover of the stator can separate the eddy current generated by the impeller from the foam layer, so that the slurry surface can be kept stable;

◎ The circulating volume of ore pulp is large, up to 2.5 times, which is beneficial to the mineralization of minerals, medicines and gas;

◎ Large suction volume and good dispersion effect;

◎ Moderate mixing degree, good suspension of solid particles, no sinking, no need to draw ore when parking;

◎ It can handle a wide range of particle size and high recovery rate of beneficiation.

Special Note

◇ Mechanical agitation, self-aspiration, not self-aspiration of ore slurry, step configuration is required in the operation room (the drop is 300-400mm);

◇ It can form a combined flotation unit with SF type flotation machine, SF type is used as suction tank, and JJF type is used as direct flow tank.

Scope of use

It can be widely used in the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for rough and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
