Principle overview

When the flotation machine works, with the rotation of the impeller, the slurry in the tank is sucked from the bottom of the impeller to the blades of the impeller from the bottom of the tank. At the same time, the low pressure air fed by the blower passes through the hollow shaft and the air distributor of the impeller cavity Also enter it. After the pulp and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are pushed out obliquely upward from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, flow stably and oriented by the stator, and enter the entire slot. The bubble rises to the bubble stabilization area, after the enrichment process, the bubble overflows from the overflow weir and enters the bubble trough. A part of the pulp flows to the lower part of the impeller, and then is stirred by the impeller to re-mix to form mineralized bubbles. The remaining pulp flows to the next tank until it finally becomes tailings.

Features

◎ The structure and performance of this machine are similar to the KYF flotation machine. The difference is that a stator is specially arranged above the impeller to form a special negative pressure zone, self-priming the pulp, but the power consumption is slightly higher.

Scope of use

It can be widely used in the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for rough and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
